Eligibility: This offer is only available to 12-month clients (vitamin and/or collagen hampers) who are in good standing with IPS Health and Wellness, having paid at least 6 of their 8 premiums.

How to redeem your voucher: When your supply starts running low after 8 months, simply reach out to our Client Care team via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Our friendly team will confirm your eligibility for the top-up voucher. If eligible, you’ll receive a unique voucher code that provides a 50% discount on items in your hamper, capped at a certain amount based on your profile. We’ll send the voucher code to you directly, so you can place your order online on the IPS Health and Wellness store.

Discount Rules: The 50% discount applies exclusively to products within your hamper and the discount is capped at one-third (33.33%) of the hamper’s total value, after the 20% membership discount is applied. The voucher code is only valid for 4 months from the date of issue and includes free shipping. The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher codes and the 20% membership discount does not apply to top-up voucher purchases.
