AromaHeat Sleep Info:

Aromaroll Sleep is a blend of Lavender, Neroli and Sweet Orange essential oils. Using the AromaRoll essential oil roller, apply some of the essential oil onto your skin, anywhere below the neck and massage gently till absorbed.

Heat the bag for MAX 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave. 3. Never heat the bag for longer than 3 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 1 minute at a time until your preferred heat is reached. Position heated microwave bag on the target area. 5. Breathe in the aroma of the essential oils, relax and enjoy!

Aromadough Sleep is a blend of Sweet Orange, Lavender and Neroli pure essential oils. Play with your Aromadough when you before bedtime to benefit from the essential oils.

This beautifully designed, locally handmade, dual purpose heat bag can be used for aches and pains, joint pains and lower back pain as well as warming up beds at bedtime. Our AromaHeat bags are made with food grade flaxseed which means the bag doesn’t develop a strong smell. The bag is odourless and remains so over time – unlike heat bags which use wheat.

Additionally, the bag can be used as a cooling bag for fevers and to reduce inflammation. Put the bag into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then use on affected areas.
