Dosage and Directions for use:
Adults should take 1 (one) capsule per day.
The capsule should be taken with a sufficient quantity of water.

This product is free from preservatives, gluten, lactose, tartrazine and yeast.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

- Do not store IPS MALE MULTIVITAMIN in a bathroom
- Do not use IPS MALE MULTIVITAMIN after the expiry date stated on the bottle
