These stuffed papayas are a super easy, delicious, and filling breakfast option.
Simply cut your papaya in half (the other half will keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week), scoop out the seeds, and add some yogurt, fresh berries, muesli or granola, chia seeds, nuts… the options are endless!
TIP: A ripe papaya’s skin is yellow, and the flesh is slightly soft. If you have an unripe papaya, put it next to a banana or apple to speed up the ripening process.
