DELIVERYWhen is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders over R500 to addresses across South Africa. The cart shows your progress toward the threshold.

Choose a product, select the quantity, and add it to your cart. Review your cart and continue to Shopify’s secure checkout to enter delivery and payment details.
SHOPPINGCan I return an online-store order?
Online-store purchases may be cancelled and returned within 7 days after delivery, subject to the IPS Return & Refund Policy. Contact Client Care first so the return can be logged and collection arranged. Read the full Return & Refund Policy for requirements, exclusions and other remedies.

Keep products in their original, tightly closed containers, protected from moisture and stored at or below the temperature stated on the label. Do not use a product after its expiry date.
