IPS delivers across South Africa.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders of R500 or more. For orders below R500, the available delivery option and its charge are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing and dispatch may vary because of stock availability, payment authorisation, address verification, courier capacity or delivery area.

We will send an order confirmation after your order is received and a dispatch confirmation once it has been handed to the courier.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery availability and estimated delivery time depend on the delivery address and courier service selected at checkout. Where tracking is available, the dispatch confirmation will include the tracking information.

Please provide a complete physical delivery address, a working contact number and a monitored email address at checkout so that the courier can contact you if needed.
