IPS Antioxidant combines eight actives — lipoic acid, resveratrol, CoQ10, grape seed extract, green rooibos, vitamin E, Bioperine® and lycopene — in one daily capsule. It’s a complementary medicine formulated as a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.
Why these ingredients
All the ingredients in IPS Antioxidant were chosen for their antioxidant activity, helping protect the body’s cells against the damage free radicals can cause (a natural by-product of everyday cell metabolism). IPS Antioxidant brings together 7 different antioxidants that work together to help the body deal with the different kinds of free radicals it encounters.
- Lipoic acid is an antioxidant that also plays a role in normal glucose metabolism.
- Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant that supports normal cardiovascular function.
- Lycopene, the antioxidant naturally found in tomatoes, is included at a measured dose.
- Bioperine® is added to support the absorption of the other actives.

How to take it
Take 1 capsule daily with a full glass of water, at about the same time each day. Swallow whole — don’t crush or chew. Can be taken with or without food. For adults 18 and older.
Who should take care
- Not recommended for children under 18.
- Don’t take if hypersensitive to any ingredient, or on chronic medication without medical advice.
- On anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine (including warfarin)? Resveratrol may interact with these — use with caution and speak to your doctor first.
- Diagnosed with, or being investigated for, prostate cancer? Speak to your doctor before use.
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy? Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.
- If you’re unsure how this affects you, avoid driving or operating machinery until you know.
- Allow at least 1 month of consistent use to notice a benefit.
Storage
Store at or below 25°C, in the original, tightly closed container, protected from moisture and out of the bathroom. Keep out of reach of children. Don’t use after the expiry date. Return unused medicine to your pharmacist rather than the bin or drain.
