About, ingredients & important information
A daily nutrient base for young adults.
IPS Young Adult Multivitamin is a complementary medicine and a source of vitamins and antioxidants for the maintenance of good health, dosed for ages 14 and up. It combines vitamin C, iron, zinc, vitamin D3, vitamin A, vitamin E, and a full spread of B vitamins in one daily capsule.
Why these ingredients
- Formulated for teenage needs — this age group commonly falls short on zinc (immune function, skin), calcium and magnesium (bones and teeth), iron (red blood cell production) and the antioxidant vitamins C, E and A, alongside the B vitamins.
- Vitamin A supports healthy skin. Vitamin C supports the immune system. Vitamin E is an antioxidant; vitamin E and C work together as an antioxidant pairing.
- B vitamins, especially B6 and folic acid, support normal metabolism and nervous system function; thiamine (B1) specifically supports normal cognitive function, and vitamin B12 supports normal nervous system function.
- Vitamins A, C, D and E support tissue and bone development, including collagen and cartilage growth.
This might be for you if…
- You want a multivitamin dosed for the 14+ age range, not a smaller version of an adult product.
- You’d rather know each ingredient’s exact form and quantity than read “complete multivitamin” on a label.
- You’re 14 or older.
