How to take it
Use each included product exactly according to its own label and Patient Information Leaflet. Do not exceed any individual product's recommended dose.
- Multivitamin for Women: 1 capsule daily, with a full glass of water.
- CalMag: 2 capsules daily, with a full glass of water.
- Omega 3: 2 capsules daily, with a full glass of water.
Swallow each whole — don't crush or chew.
