One bundle contains one bottle of each:

Worth knowing: both products contribute magnesium — 12 mg (elemental) from one IPS Sleep capsule, and 72 mg (elemental) from the two IPS Magnesium capsules, for 84 mg total per day if you take both as directed. That's within normal supplemental ranges, but it's not two unrelated magnesium doses — it's worth knowing where it's coming from.
How to take it
Each product keeps its own directions — the bundle doesn't change either of them:
- IPS Magnesium: 2 capsules at night, with a full glass of water.
- IPS Sleep: 1 capsule, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, with a full glass of water.
Swallow each whole — don't crush or chew.
Who should take care
This is the combined list across both products — see each product's own page for the complete detail:
- Not recommended for children under 18.
- Don't take either if you're hypersensitive to their ingredients, or on chronic medication without medical advice.
- If you take oral antibiotics, space them at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after both products — both contain magnesium, which can affect antibiotic absorption.
- Avoid alcohol or other drowsiness-causing products while taking IPS Sleep.
- If sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks, consult your healthcare provider.
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy? Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting either product.
- May affect your ability to drive or operate machinery — take care, particularly with IPS Sleep.
Storage
Store both at or below 25°C, in their original, tightly closed containers, protected from moisture and out of the bathroom. Keep out of reach of children.
